The Bryte Learnership Programme is a 12-month course run in partnership with the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA). Successful candidates nominated by the Maharishi Institute’s Insurance Academy will gain full accreditation and FAIS compliance through this initiative.
This programme is designed to support South Africa’s previously disadvantaged youth by providing valuable work experience in the short-term insurance industry.
We also offer the Bryte Graduate Programme, a 12-month fixed-term contract that allows recent graduates, across varying faculties, the opportunity to develop their skills alongside some of the best talent in the insurance industry.
