6 Easy steps for a Hassle-Free Claim

Report the loss to your broker

The first step is to let your broker know about the loss as soon as possible so they can guide you through the process.

Complete the claim form and gather documents

Fill out the claim form and gather any necessary supporting documents to help us process your claim quickly.

Submit your claim

Once everything’s ready, submit your completed form and documents to your broker or directly to Bryte at 0800 112 604 or via email at newclaims@brytesa.com.

Claim registration and assessment

Once we receive your claim, we’ll register it and assess the situation, if needed.

Claim reviewed

We’ll review all the details and, if necessary, arrange for an assessment to ensure everything is in order.

Claim finalised

After the review, we’ll finalise your claim and get things wrapped up as quickly as possible.
