While both offerings operate within the property management industry, LeaseSurance focuses specifically on protecting property management companies from risks associated with leasing residential or commercial units.

Who is LeaseSurance For? 
LeaseSurance is designed for property management companies that manage at least 500 units. However, it will soon be able to support smaller owners and operators as well. 

What is Lease Insurance?
